You must be at least 13 years old to use Card Hunters. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your sign-in credentials with anyone.
Card Hunters is a community-driven app for tracking Pokémon TCG product restocks at retail locations. All stock reports, line check-ins, line estimates, and confirmations are submitted by other users — not by us. We don't independently verify the accuracy of user-submitted content.
Use Card Hunters as one signal, not a guarantee. A "stocked" report can sell out in minutes. A "Likely Next" prediction can be wrong. We can't be responsible for the time or fuel you spend acting on community reports.
When using Card Hunters, you agree NOT to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.
You retain ownership of everything you submit — reports, photos, notes, line estimates. By submitting content, you grant Card Hunters a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, store, and distribute that content within the app and the Card Hunters network.
You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you upload. Don't upload photos you didn't take or content that infringes someone else's rights.
Photos and reports submitted by hunters are visible to other authenticated users of the app. We may remove content that violates these terms. We may also share content with retailers if they request it for loss-prevention purposes, though we don't proactively share data.
By submitting a photo, you confirm: (a) you took the photo, (b) it depicts retail product or store conditions relevant to a stock report, and (c) it does not contain identifiable people, license plates, or other PII.
Card Hunters does not endorse, encourage, or condone violating retailer policies, manipulating store employees, or any behavior that creates conflict at retail locations. Each retailer's rules — purchase limits, store hours, line policies — are theirs to set and enforce.
You are solely responsible for your conduct in stores. Card Hunters is not liable for any disputes, removals, or bans from retailers that result from your behavior.
Points and badges are decorative achievements within the app. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed, and may be reset or recalculated at any time. We reserve the right to remove points or badges from users found to be gaming the system.
Card Hunters is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep the app working, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of any specific report, or that the app will be available in all regions.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We'll do our best to give notice for major changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Card Hunters and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app — including but not limited to wasted travel, missed restocks, sold-out product, or disputes with retailers or other hunters.
If a court finds we're liable for something, our total liability is limited to whatever you paid us in the previous 12 months. (Card Hunters is currently free, so for most users this amount is $0.)
You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@cardhunters.app from your account email. We'll remove your data within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. We may also retain limited information needed for legal or security purposes after account deletion.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. When we make material changes, we'll notify users via the app and update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
